Parenting is no walk in the park, regardless of your employment status. However, if you’re a working parent finding the juggle of it all overwhelming, you’re not alone. For our latest issue of Girl Boss Mag, we were excited to unveil a new segment in our magazine - Mum Boss. Here, we chatted to three different women of the Mornington Peninsula who are killing it in terms of running their own business and being a mum. After all, you see all those post of girl bosses and mums kicking butt while working from home, balancing family and friends and work life all so seamlessly. I know what you're thinking. What crazy person would ever want to work at home with a toddler running around and causing mayhem and just generally being a toddler? This crazy lady! I'm not going to lie, it's a special type of balance that neither working outside the home mums or stay at home mums seem to get. I do though, have a deep respect for both of those mums, because I know how hard both of those jobs are.
